“I am so impressed with everything from the product to the service. I didn't really know what to expect with delivery and was delightfully surprised with how well it was packaged. I missed the delivery and couldn't collect it until the next day, however the steak was still cool and only slightly thawing. I bought the steak for my boyfriend as a late Christmas gift and we shared it between the two of us happily along with some sides and it was enough. I've never tasted meat as beautiful as this, and it exceeded my expectations. Everything people say about wagyu is spot on and I can't recommend it enough. Although the price may be a deterrent to some, it's definitely worth it and I would recommend it to be shared with others as a culinary experience. It's easy to cook and tastes delicious! I would definitely like to order this again for a special occasion!”
“Item arrived below-weight (219g for a 250g item) with a large fat cap. FFS gave me a partial refund but I had ordered that weight on purpose, now it's too small.
I haven't cooked it yet so we'll see how it tastes.”
