Christian Flag Meaning & History
The Christian flag was designed in the early 20th century and officially adopted in 1942. It represents Christianity as a whole and not any specific denomination. The design includes a white field, a blue canton, and a red Latin cross. The red stands for the blood of Jesus, the white symbolizes Jesus’ purity, and the blue represents the waters of baptism.
