“It was a easy process and the staff were knowledgeable and efficient. I needed help wirth getting a coupon to work right but they handled the problem. I believe your flag needs would be taken care of and you would find it a pleasent experience.”

“Wonderful product, wonderful service!we decided we wanted an official America 250th flag for the festivities. We assumed it would be too late for the 4th of July, but we have a battery of flags we fly beneath the national one, so we figured we would do that and fly the 250th later. The festivities aren't tied to one day, right. So we weren't expecting FedEx delivery, let alone in time to run the new flag up the pole for Independence Day. I don't know if our shipping was upgraded or if it was just best way for Flags.com to get things done, but they were obviously doing there best to get the flag to us as quickly as possible. More than timely! More than reasonable expectations of service! The flag was just as ordered and expected. Trademarked American 250th on blue background. Lightweight (I think it was poly/cotton, the less expensive but perfectly serviceable) chosen because past experience taught us it flies well when under the American flag in most winds, 3'x5', single sided (shows up well on the poly/cotton) Some of our other flags, particularly USCG and MIA/POW which are flown more often, are double sided and nylon, but for less often flown flags we like the lighter weight. When the winds are light they still float, and when winds are heavy they are less risk to the pole or halyard. This is just right. I also note there is a veterans or active service discount. It is well publicized on the site. Said site is easy to navigate, something I find increasingly rare. All told I am glad I went ahead and ordered the flag and glad I did so from flags.com! I will do so again in the future. James H.”

“I am quite impressed with the flag and the service. The flag is meticulously made with heavey duty materials (I purchased the polyester flag) and very beautiful embroidery of the stars. In addition, I placed the order on July 1st, expectiong it after the 4th but I had the flag by the 3rd as they expidited shipping even though I did nt request it. Fabulous service!”

“Bracket nails not long enough for secure mounting on fenceposts. Please offer an option of longer nails. Also grommets could be more secure for holding flag. Brackets are good looking, as is flag itself. Flag well made.”
