“I had requested that your people let me know if the Paraguayan flag contained the 2 seals the official flag uses. They called to let me know that, no, they only have a single seal on the flag. I okayed the order anyway.”

“I was excited to find a US based service and US manufactured products. I did have an issue with the flag's description which appeared to me to include the pole with the flag but the flag had a sleeve that fit the pole which I read to include the pole. I was able to return everything and Customer Service was very professional.”

“Good quality products and efficient service. International shipping options far too expensive though. Hard to understand why shipping is so expensive(over USD100 for a very light package), when other comparable and even much heavier products from other companies with the same courier service, from-to the same origin/destination are just a fraction of the price.”

“Only reason for 4 stars was simply, paid an extra 12.00 for quicker fedex delivery. Ordered on 12/2 but didn't get it until the 7th . Could have put that money toward a new eagle pole top as mine broke. Quality is good and have ordered in the past and will order again, just won't waste the money on shipping.”
