“Saicos Coating system (Silk). As with all their lacquers, the flow rate is exellent, as long as it is kept at the right temperature, so store it off the floor at a moderate temperature. If it is allowed to be too chilled the flow rate is compromised, leaving you possible roller marks. In warm weather this is not a problem, but then there can be the problem of drying too fast, leaving the dreaded Orange Peel effect, so beware of rooms being too hot. However, that said, the quality is very good at a reasonable price, and the cap can be fiddly to attain a firm grip, due to the container design, but the design does allow you to stack them, not something I do personally. The Silk has a lovely sheen to it and the ultra matt are very ultra. All in all, a very good product that keeps prices down and happy customers.”
