“I’m sometimes wary of putting my name to a product review when there is an incentive to say something positive. However, I wouldn’t be writing this review if didn’t really think there is something in these products that is worth sharing and encouraging people to try.
It’s hard to quantify exactly what has changed but my skin is definitely healthier, I’ve never been in such great shape in my life (I work as a personal trainer so I have to look the part) and I’ve also never had as many compliments from people about how well I look. I feel clearer, sharper and more energised. This stuff works.
I’ve been taking MNM, Resveratrol and Quercetin for almost three months and I can already tell that it’s having an effect. So much so that I’ve just had my next three month supply delivered early just in case there is any delay in the shipping. I should hasten to add that there haven’t been delays any so far but I wasn’t risking any break in my routine.

“I decided to start using these after reading the book Lifespan by David Sinclair. I'm skeptical by nature and I need quite a bit of conceptual convincing to start using a product like this. In particular, I want to know and understand the mechanism by which it might work. I was convinced enough by the book to give it a go. I've been using the products for just over three months now. In retrospect, I started noticing some small differences after only 2 to 3 weeks – a little more mental clarity, a difficult-to-define feeling of a little more energy. Now three months in I can say, without a doubt, that I'm benefiting. My nutrition and exercise routines were already very good. I didn't vary anything there. I find now I'm sleeping better, waking immediately refreshed, and feeling mentally sharp. My concentration and "stickability" have noticeably improved. After feeling like I was recovering slowly from some sports injuries, I'm now regaining the ability to engage in things that had been lost to me for a while.”
