“Wore twice, stitching on the sleeve came completely undone. Contacted customer service but they refuse to replace the jumper- only option is to send it to their warehouse for a “quality control inspection” after which if they “deem it to to faulty” only then would I be eligible for a refund, but not a replacement product. I ordered on sale so don’t want to reorder at full price.”
