“Bought a cardigan online Went to store in Glasgow to get a different size. The girl was lovely but when I got home there was 2 buttons missing which I wasn’t happy about. Phone store and girl said she would sent me 2 buttons, I waiting 2wks for them. Phoned store and received them next day with no apology”

“I didn’t catch the name of the person who served me but she was truly wonderful and a true credit to FC. She was super attentive, helping me out with sizes and getting things she thought I might like to try on. I ended up walking out with some new pieces for work which I love, even after going in for a party outfit (which I didn’t manage to get as not quite the season!). If she is on commission, she’s doing an excellent job as I certainly spent a lot more than I intended but I’m delighted with my purchases! Thanks so much for making the shopping experience one like you never get nowadays.”
