“I bought a jumper in your Brighton store via their online ordering as they did not have my size available, end of January. They had a further 20% offer on in store but the man assistant did not put it through the till correctly so the discount was not activated. He phoned customer services who said I could get the 20% refunded once I had accepted the parcel. The parcel took ages to be dispatched and delivered. I was then out of the country so a neighbour had to take the parcel in. In June when I had the opportunity to phone customer services they said they would action it. The refunded 20% hasn't been actioned so whilst in the Brighton store on Friday 31st July I asked them why it had not been actioned. They phoned customer services who said I had been out of time. I still require the refund for several reasons - IT'S A STAFF MEMBERS ERROR not mine so should be honoured. IF THE PARCEL HAD BEEN DISPATCHED PROMPTYLY I would have recieved in good time. It shouldn't be me chasing for a refund for a member of staffs error”

“We were passing by the French connection store at East midlands designer outlet and decided to pop in, really glad we did as they have some amazing offers and the quality is great. Will be returning soon! Staff are also really polite and helpful. Highly recommended!”

“Fabulous customer service. Polite and pleasant staff who took an interest in the customer and what they were looking for. Customer was allowed to browse in peace but knowing that the sales staff were always available to help. Great shopping experience and will visit the shop again when I am next in Glasgow.”

“The clothing is incredible but I do want to specifically call out the team in Bath who were in 31st July as they were great at advising what would go with a beautiful dress I purchased. The dress is just perfect and is so incredibly flattering!”

“Whenever I go to the French Connection outlet at Mansfield I have always found the staff to be polite, helpful and generous with their time. I never feel rushed and because I have mobility issues a member of staff has always offered to take the clothes to a changing room for me”
