“It's a pleasant place to shop when there are good discounts. But to my surprise the discounts on the same product may not be the same at another branch. I am referring to the outlets. As I paid more for the very same item at another outlet. I was informed by the 1st outlet all their prices are the same. This was misleading.”

“I have always loved French Connection. Items are of good quality and they usually fit me really well. The return policy was straightforward. Unfortunately something I bought looked better in the photos so I sent it back. Therefore lost money. I guess you can say I paid to try it on.”

“I discovered French Connection at the end of 2025 when I just popped in, not expecting to find anything to fit me & my little legs! Well, how very wrong I was! I’ve always thought everything looked too long for my little legs, but I walked out with 2 beautiful dresses for my cruise! Last weekend I walked out again with another beautiful dress for my next cruise & a couple of winter jumpers too! The staff in the Meadowhall branch were so lovely too, thank you 🙏🏻 (if I didn’t only shop in Meadowhall twice a year, I’d be in the shop a whole lot more!) 🙈 Thank you ☺️”
