“Was welcomed as a walked into the store When purchasing my item it was a little awkward as there were 3 shop assistant and I felt if I had interrupted their conversation As the sale was carried out in silence apart from asking if I would like a bag. It’s not has not put me off shopping there again”

“I have visited the store on Cheshire Oaks and the store in Chester. I much prefer the shopping experience I had at Cheshire Oaks. The store was so much brighter and seemed to have more choice. A lot of the prices were also cheaper than I expected, but still good quality.”

“Have shopped at French Connection for a number of years. Do find it is much better to visit the stores personally as their online site doesn't do the items justice. Always provide good quality items that last, fit well, look well made and different. I do believe the last two seasons haven't been their strongest range, but they do have good end of season sales.”

“Staff are friendly and really helpful in Princess Square shop. When I got home I noticed the dress I had bought has some loose threads which I am scared to pull or cut off incase it causes damage. Will have to return for an exchange as is the perfect dress for wedding guest.”
