“The staff were very welcoming, acknowledging our entry and explaining the additional discount available. The clothes were well displayed and walking around the shop was comfortable and spacious. I was looking for a co-ord casual suit which, sadly, the shop did not have. But I managed to purchase a beautiful blouse, which came up quite big, so went down a size. The changing rooms were of ample size and tidy.”

“It's a pleasant place to shop when there are good discounts. But to my surprise the discounts on the same product may not be the same at another branch. I am referring to the outlets. As I paid more for the very same item at another outlet. I was informed by the 1st outlet all their prices are the same. This was misleading.”

“Good quailty clothes and a good fit for me. Enough variation to keep me interested. Recently I bought a lovley. leather coat from them; it didn't suit me (sadly), but I could try before I bought/paid and receiving and sending back was effortless - and free.”

“I found some really good pieces this time around for such good prices like a matching set for around £70 and I found a top already reduced which got reduced further at the till which was a welcome surprise. The customer assistants were welcoming and one lovely lady who served me saw I was picking up alot of items so took them off me to hang up in the changing room which I thought was so thoughtful and she hung them up so nicely. 10/10 for customer experience.”
