“The store at East Midlands outlet is well laid out and the staff are really friendly and helpful, giving honest reviews of the garment you try on. My only suggestion is, and nothing to do with the store is that the trousers are incredibly long, even the cashier agreed and said that lots of customers buy and arrange for them to be shortened. This is impractical and off putting for many customers”

“I really love the design of the (Salimah) dress I purchased.Unfortunately others from the same line were a lot more clingy and not suitable/to my taste. The return was easy/hassle free and I will happily keep an eye out for further "new favourites".”

“I have recently started to order from French Connection after seeing your clothes in John Lewis. I have unfortunately received two tops overall that were not in good condition on arrival. One, very screwed up and smelt of someone’s perfume. The other was dirty. I resolved both issues by washing and ironing both tops as I really liked them both. John Lewis gave me a voucher and French Connection offered 10% discount with the option of return if the stain did not come out. I really like French Connection clothes and despite these set backs, will keep shopping there. The customer Service was good”
