“I was a pleasant surprise to see a range of colours in the collection, sometimes the colour palette is limited. The design were well cut and flattering and I am enjoying wearing what I bought.”

“Shops always clean bright and inviting. Staff always friendly and calm. Product range seems to target a wide age range with a nod to trends but also timeless styling using good quality fabrics Nice accessories/ jewellary range Criticism would be sizing …inconsistent and tends to be on the small size both in men’s and women’s. This prevents me ever buying in line”

“I’ve had some lovely clothes from French Connection. The materials often feel lovely and soft and the dresses and tops fit me well and are good quality. I’m only 5ft so struggle to get trousers to fit so can’t comment on the quality of those. The staff in stores are usually lovely and helpful too which makes shopping here a pleasant experience.”
