“Returned items were received on the 27th of February and as of the 16th of march I have not had a refund or any coms as to when to expect it. Come on French Connection you can do better than this. Please refund my money!”

“Sent a dress back on 17/02/26. You received it on 19/02/26. It’s now 11/03/26 3 weeks later and still no refund. I emailed you last week and you confirmed that you had received it and said it could take up until 11/03/26 to be refunded but it hasn’t. I don’t think this is acceptable and has put me off ordering from you again.”

“Items ordered easily and arrived as expected but the returns service is absolutely appalling. I will not be ordering from this company again given the way they hang on to your money for over 2 weeks and fob you off when you contact them. Don't bother ordering unless you KNOW you won't need to return anything!!”

“The items were ok but didn’t suit me. So I returned asap for a refund despite Confirming that they had received my items back on 23rd Feb I still haven’t received my refund (11th March). I have never known a company take so long to refund!”
