Store Managers customer service was appalling, she was rude to a staff member directly on the shop floor and every time I go in she has a face on her, really unprofessional and unpleasant atmosphere. The store is never tidy but I've only ever seen the younger girls tidy up in there when visiting. Never have any stock to hand either and no one ever goes to double check or when on the off chance they do go look they are gone for a very long time, its not worth the wait time

The material was very poor quality so was the fit. The cost of the garment was way too high considering the quality and fit. To make matters worse got charged £5.95 for delivery and another £5.95 for return for postage.

Although their products are good. The delivery either never gets to you or is late. Then you have to wait over a week before they will start a refund. My last order never arrived. I am not happy with French connection. Happy to make you wait while the courier doesn’t deliver. Even though you pay in advance.

Bought several items, in Shrewsbury FC,asked to claim blue light discount, this was agreed at the checkout where I purchased the clothes. Arrived home to only to find out I hadn't received my discount.

Last week, I visited your outlet store in Gretna and purchased the seersucker relaxed shirt. Although my preferred size was unavailable, I selected a larger size due to my appreciation for the colour and fabric. Upon returning home, I discovered the correct item on your website was listed with an additional 20% discount. As a result, I purchased another shirt and intend to return the original one. This morning, I returned the item to the store and was informed that I am not eligible for a refund, as their policy allows only for an exchange or the issuance of a credit note. I am dissatisfied that I was not informed about this initially and, as a result, I will refrain from shopping in your outlet stores in the future.

Returned items were received on the 27th of February and as of the 16th of march I have not had a refund or any coms as to when to expect it. Come on French Connection you can do better than this. Please refund my money!

Sent a dress back on 17/02/26. You received it on 19/02/26. It’s now 11/03/26 3 weeks later and still no refund. I emailed you last week and you confirmed that you had received it and said it could take up until 11/03/26 to be refunded but it hasn’t. I don’t think this is acceptable and has put me off ordering from you again.

Items ordered easily and arrived as expected but the returns service is absolutely appalling. I will not be ordering from this company again given the way they hang on to your money for over 2 weeks and fob you off when you contact them. Don't bother ordering unless you KNOW you won't need to return anything!!

The items were ok but didn’t suit me. So I returned asap for a refund despite Confirming that they had received my items back on 23rd Feb I still haven’t received my refund (11th March). I have never known a company take so long to refund!
