“The jumper I bought shrunk after just 1 wash. Won’t be buying again. And before French Connection say anything none of my other clothes shrunk in the same wash.”

“You asked for a review so here goes. Your products are very well made. I am pleased with what I've bought BUT I returned £167 of items I did not wish to keep on 20th Feb. You received the return on 23rd Feb. It is now 14th March and I am still waiting for a refund. This is an unacceptable wait time. I contacted customer service who told me a refund had been started manually and I would receive a confirmation email. I'm still waiting. This was 3 days ago. Poor customer service French Connection.”

“The lady serving me at the Bridgend outlet was extremely rude. They had marked the wrong prices on the items so when I was checking out I was confused by the price. She was abrupt in saying no that was the correct price. No apology for the error, very unfriendly.”
