“Beautiful store and stock but the staff didn’t acknowledge me once, offer help or even give a simple hello. I tried on various things before buying and would have appreciated help getting different sizing once in the fitting room - would have bought more if someone could have grabbed me a size. Just bought what I had as I didn’t want to get changed and go back out to grab more sizes to try again.”

“The Wembley branch was nicely laid out, greeted as I entered the shop, I knew what I wanted to went to pay the cashier was chatting to a friend who was hovering by the till, no interaction with me the paying customer, too busy chatting to her friend. The the cardigan I purchased as molten fluff all over my trousers so quite disappointed”

“I ordered a jumper online at the beginning of February. It was dispatched to me on 12th February. As it was too large I had to return it. An email informed me my return had been received on 23rd February and my refund would be issued within 14 days. Said refund did not appear on my bank statement until 18 th March, three weeks later. This is not the service I expect when shopping online and I will not be using this facility again.”

“The jumper I bought shrunk after just 1 wash. Won’t be buying again. And before French Connection say anything none of my other clothes shrunk in the same wash.”
