“My biggest complaint is that trouser’s were all far too long , I’m 5.3 , so I would have to cut at least inches of the length to get a 29in inside leg , so you can you please make this viable so I could buy trousers and jeans . Like all the other clothing. And was fairly true to size .”

“I love French Connection but recently the sizes have changed I have some French Connection from ten years ago (and have had more) but the sizes 6 dresses that I have from maybe ten (or more) years ago fitted me. I have not changed in size. Your size 6 drowns me now. Is there no chance of introducing a 4 or a 2? Not everyone has got “bigger”. I bought two dresses recently and had to return both. I love FC clothes.”

“Staff in Glasgow Princess Square branch were excellent. Very helpful and customer focused. Also very kind and considerate. Too bad the item I purchased was a beautiful blouse with loop over covered buttons and the loop was pulled out and could not be used! Good job I am an excellent sewer! I did love the blouse so would probably go back.”

“The staff in Shrewsbury were really helpful, offered to order a size for me stating next working day delivery but, having already waited 4 working days, I chased and have been told my order is on standard delivery and wil be up to 10 working days. I'm disappointed as the item was for a party this weekend.”

“The products are good with some good designs but I find it very inconvenient and to some degree frustrating that you don't do returns like other companies. If we need to take back a sale item, it needs to be returned with a gift receipt instead of a refund. Major companies allow return of sales items without any issues and that promotes their sales too.”
