“Sent a dress back on 17/02/26. You received it on 19/02/26. It’s now 11/03/26 3 weeks later and still no refund. I emailed you last week and you confirmed that you had received it and said it could take up until 11/03/26 to be refunded but it hasn’t. I don’t think this is acceptable and has put me off ordering from you again.”

I will not be ordering from this company again given the way they hang on to your money for over 2 weeks and fob you off when you contact them. Don't bother ordering unless you KNOW you won't need to return anything!!”
