“Bought clothes at the outlet store loved all the styles. But disappointed with the refund policy. One good thing about shopping in the U.K. is refund policy where we can take things home to try on with other outfits in the comfort of our own home. Disappointed to learn it was exchange only and no refund.”

“Staff were lively, and even though the shop had a lot of sale items it still looked interesting, beautifully merchandised and very clean. However I went to wear one of the items I purchased and the securities had been left in. This means a wastes trip to city at cost of £12!”
