“The ordering was easy and the delivery great. The only thing I would suggest, the returns made a lot simpler. Either a better explanation how to return,returns label,and a contact number which I couldn’t see on the dispatch form.”

“I’ve purchased French connection items for over 30 years. The items are excellent quality and always fashion forward from the iconic fcuk T-shirts to the classic tops. French connection have their capsule wardrobe items to the more up to date trending styles which suit not only myself at 52 but also my teenage daughters .”

“I bought the white cotton popover shirt with the monocrome embroidery and I thought it was beautiful; I have already had compliments. The material is a good weight and quality (not see-through.) It it my first purchase from French Connection; I will definitely shop here again.”

“Generally really good service but do object to paying P&P & then this being deducted from a refund when returning items. Stores dont carry the full FC range & not everyone lives close to a store anyway, so we’re forced to shop online whether or not that’s our preference. Often hard to tell colours or fabric online let alone fit & dont feel shoppers should be financially penalised when requesting refund. Many companies offer free P&P or reimburse the charge when refunding. I wont be ordering from FC online again!”

“Good warm winter coat, overall quality/ design 7 out of 10. Hole in pocket lining (right side) unstitched seam (manufacturing fault). Each pocket has a single silver press-stud fastening that yanks at the fabric, which could rip with repeated use -zips would be better. The two-way, front opening acrylic zip is an advantage, as the calf length coat is otherwise too narrow to walk in.”
