“Staff are friendly and really helpful in Princess Square shop. When I got home I noticed the dress I had bought has some loose threads which I am scared to pull or cut off incase it causes damage. Will have to return for an exchange as is the perfect dress for wedding guest.”

“Quality of jogging bottoms is great. The only problem I have is that you don't make them in different lengths! I am only 5ft 2 in and have to pay to have them shortened. I hear quite a few people having the same complaint. We are not all 6ft amazons.”

“I recently purchased a beautiful maxi dress. I would hae given 5 stars but the dress came in a plastic bag and hadnt been pressed or packaged in tissue paper. I had to pay to get it steam pressed as it had lots of pleats in it.”

“Excellent quality of clothes and prompt delivery although the refund I needed took a little longer than I thought it would, hence the 4 stars. Also, the sizing of garments can vary enormously too.”
