“Was welcomed as a walked into the store When purchasing my item it was a little awkward as there were 3 shop assistant and I felt if I had interrupted their conversation As the sale was carried out in silence apart from asking if I would like a bag. It’s not has not put me off shopping there again”

“I have visited the store on Cheshire Oaks and the store in Chester. I much prefer the shopping experience I had at Cheshire Oaks. The store was so much brighter and seemed to have more choice. A lot of the prices were also cheaper than I expected, but still good quality.”

“Had a great experience at French Connection. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to swap sizes a couple of times. They were patient and happy to help throughout. Made the whole shopping trip much easier. Would definitely recommend!”

“Have shopped at French Connection for a number of years. Do find it is much better to visit the stores personally as their online site doesn't do the items justice. Always provide good quality items that last, fit well, look well made and different. I do believe the last two seasons haven't been their strongest range, but they do have good end of season sales.”

“Lovely clothes in beautiful materials at fair prices. My partner found a beautiful dress but the zip would not pass where the material changed from a thin material to much thicker.. a real shame because it had a lovely shape to it.”
