“Design let's it down. French Connection in the past was my go to for chic styles. However now, it seems the designs are cut or designed poorly and the result is often frumpy and unflattering. Recently I purchased a French connection dress in a light blue with pink. drawn in by the colour of the dress but the cut and design made even my size 8/10 frame look 'mumsy'. I tried again with a FC blue blouse online, the colour and material in reality reminded me of an uniform not worth the RRP and certainly not special. Shame”

“Hadn’t been in to French Connections for a long time, but was really impressed how friendly the staff were, lady asked me if I found what I was looking for, told her I really liked a dress but didn’t have my size, two minutes later she came from the back to tell me she had found my size, girl at till was lovely too 😊”

“I have only ordered online from F.C. and I was never disappointed. Smooth experience from ordering till the delivery. Even with return, very straightforward. And regarding the quality...
