“The Glasgow store was nicely set out and the member of staff I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. The dress I bought in the sale was both lovely good value - I am looking forward to wearing it to a birthday meal in Wimbledon Village.”

“Ordered items on line one of them faulty- the option to return does not have send me a new one. But worst of all the login process asks you to enter the order number. Park the fact that you use “0” zeros and “O” so it is difficult to know which character to use for logging on nothing worked after cycling through 10 variations thinking what am I doing wrong. Then as a last ditch attempt entered the “Customer” number and it worked. This is just a basic epic fail that would be picked up in the most rudimentary of testing whoever is in charge of your website product release process needs to have a review of this”

“This is the best customer experience i've ever had with a company. I ordered a lot of items i wanted to try, in different sizes and got to try them on at home without having to pay for them in advance and just returned what i didnt want to keep. The delivery was very fast and everything about this experience was very enjoyable and effortless.”
