“I got a reminder from French Connection to write a review. Here it is:
The quality is absolutely rubbish, stay away from this one. Looked very good on first 2-3 days but… Two weeks later it looks so bad that it cannot even go to a charity, it will go straight to the bin (see pics). This is not even fast fashion, this is: how can we make products so bad so the customers keeps on buying stuff.
Primary quality is far better.
Frankly, I’d like my money back.

“Bobbles appeared after one wear, the neck has snagged cotton. Then tried and exchange at the Manchester branch and the ‘manager’ refused as she stated this is normal and all clothes have a disclaimer stating this will happen. When getting another item to read this disclaimer, she disappeared into the back and wouldn’t come back to speak to me. Not the best customer service I’ve experienced!!”
