“The pictures online are not a fair representation of the rug at all. The colours are completely different, so much so that I thought I had been sent the wrong rug. The rug itself is good quality but it is not what was advertised.”
“Nice rug with good colours and pattern but a bit thin. It has a very distressed appearance which looks like it’s faulty - too distressed in my view and more so than the photos on line. Customer services insist it is meant to be like that!”
