“I received our Pouffe it took about 2 weeks to arrive.
The delivery man was so nice and helpful.
When we opened it it looked lovely but unfortunately was as hard a a rock to sit on. It cost me £40 for delivery.
When I phoned to arrange the return I was told that I would have to pay another £40 for delivery as the item was not damaged - and to make things worse I was told
not being comfortable was not a good enough reason
for a free return - she said the return delivery will be taken off the payment you made.
It will be the last thing I buy from French Connection.

“Beautiful piece of furniture, great quality, looks fantastic with our other furniture.
No idea why you have to pay £40 to have it delivered though...apparently it's a 2 man lift. Well 2 men did turn up in a van and one of them stayed in it...perhaps it should be a £20 delivery charge on that basis! I'm sure the other chap had a lovely day out and would have jumped in and helped if the need had arisen.
I carried it in the house without any assistance and all by myself without breaking anything or falling over.
Aside from the rip off delivery charge the item itself is wonderful, so don't let that put you off.”
“The quality is good. I do really like it. It’s way bigger than I anticipated but that’s ok. Really nice and sturdy. The main niggle is the little polystyrene balls leaking all over!”
