“These are a great shirt. Made in a way to keep you warm but expel heat in summer. Very strong fabric as you would expect from forces gear. Great company to buy from. No stupid prices like a lot of other ex forces gear outlets. Delivery was quicker than I expected and very good communication regarding tracking. Highly recommended seller of great gear.”

“Very good quality item & shipping was speedy. The Grade 1 item I received was superb. It was free of any damage that I could find and smelled like it had just been washed (ie clean & fresh). I carefully checked my sizing before purchase and this jacket fitted me precisely with just the right amount of space for a thick jumper to be worn underneath, perfect! I had concerns over the arm/sleeve length from looking at the pictures but although I have quite long arms the sleeve length of this item fitted me well. I'm very glad of my purchase. I do have a potential negative point to highlight which is the slightly misleading description that this item is a jacket. It does say combat jacket on the label and in military clothing terms this is accurate. My understanding is that these types of jacket are for layering up ie wearing over other clothing etc, however for non-military personnel this item is essentially a heavy weighted shirt with a zip front & various pockets including pockets on the arms. Although this is exactly what I was after, most folks will see the term jacket and imagine something with some kind of liner inside and/or some form of padded inner filling. Although the description should more accurately describe this "combat jacket" as a "shacket" I'm not unhappy with my purchase as I thought that this item would be of this style. For a lightweight summer jacket it's perfect, I would just be aware it's more of a "sling on when it gets a bit chilly on a summers evening" type of jacket and not a coat type jacket that most people would imagine when talking about jackets. It's just a definition difference! Personally I love it and I'm super impressed with the quality and will also definitely be making future purchases from this site (I already have a long wish list) :) Conclusion:- For the jacket 5 stars. For the description 3 stars. Overall 4 out of five stars for this particular purchase. It's a bit cruel to dock a star because of how the items description reads but I feel it's only honest to rate the description as well as the product. Product is great!”
