“I had to send my original back because it was too small. It was perfect and as described other than the size - my fault. Had to pay postage and return postage - fair enough. Although the replacement pair were the right fit, they were at best Grade 1 and Super Grade like the first pair. Can’t be bothered to send back as the postage costs don’t make commercial sense.”

“I BOUGHT A PAIR OF GERMAN COMBAT PARA BOOTS SUPER GRADE USED WHAT A BRILIANT BOOTS THEY ARE ,JUST LIKE NEW SO COMFORTABLE AND SO WELL MADE . I DONT THINK THE QUALITY CAN BE BEATEN , SO GOOD I AM GETTING ANOTHER PAIR FOR WINTER FOR THICKER SOCKS ASI I USED THE MONDO SCALE AND FOUND I REALLY NEEDED A SIZE UP . MY FAULT . IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GETTING TSES BOOTS GET THEM YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED . GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AND THY ARRIVED BANG ON TIME . MORE THAN HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.”

“Ordered a pair of S-Grade boots that arrived mouldy. Contacted the company and was told by the General Manager that this was acceptable due to how they had been stored. Returned for a refund and I am now out of pocket (postage both ways) over £14 for the luxury of looking at a pair of mouldy boots.”
