“Never again I've purchased these same boots on 3 occasions. Must have been from another online company because these boots are never grade 1......did you actually look at them before you dispatched them...only good for the bin they did have plenty of boot polish thought..absolutely shocking....”

Hi Marc, sorry for your disappointment, and as we said in our reply when you emailed us in April, you were welcome to return the boots for a refund, or replacement. As we received nothing back from you, we could not help resolve the complaint.

“Excellent boots very pleased with the condition and quality of them. I'm a size 8 and the 8's fit perfect. Prompt posting and fast delivery. Would thoroughly recommend these and would not hesitate to purchase them again!!”
