“These jackets are beautiful. We also use the German and British Gore-Tex jackets for our outer shells. We are tree planters in the highlands. The length of this jacket insured back cover, when bending to plant and sheds water quickly off to the lower legs, where gaiters and good boots continue the good work. The hood is brilliant and wired, with a high neckline and throat protection. The cuffs can be pulled tight. There are an ample number of gloves and the outer ones have great covering flaps to resist the wet getting in to the zips. The main zip is protected by a very chunky storm guard and also contains a quick access pocket, which is also well sealed. The jacket purchased hasn’t seen our winter weather yet, but I will be buying more as I’m sure they will be fit for the challenge. There is definitely still a place for the German and British ones, as they are lighter and suit a layering system below the shell for our more gentle months. Even in these troubled times, Dispatch and Delivery were excellent.”
