“I’m a little disappointed. The rucksack was meant to be super grade and I paid the higher price for that. Instead I got a reasonably ok rucksack which looks pretty weathered with what looks like new straps attached. The inner waterproof protection is badly cracked and peeling which makes the waterproofing useless. The storage pouches I had paid extra for were already attached which was a nice touch and they look like new. The main rucksack however looks tired. I would still recommend buying from these guys as the service is super fast and efficient. I have bought a Dutch bivvy and a gortex jacket from them and both are absolutely fantastic. Two out of three ain’t bad.”

“Note this DOESN'T come with the side pouches! Arrived promptly, and as described - used, but in very good condition. No tears, damaged stitching or stains. Pretty comfortable when properly adjusted, really bombproof materials, plenty of space, nicely adjustable so it doesn't lead to any balance issues. It takes some persuasion to adjust but that's a consequence of the super hard-wearing material. Will last me forever, I'm sure. Doubt you will find better for this price - very pleased!”
