“Such a great product and the best customer service, its just such a joy to find a company that genuinely seems to understand how to provide polite, informative and friendly service. I had light brown hair, now with a lot of grey. I used lightest warm brown water colour, left it on for 1hr 20mins, covered all grey and gave nice highlights and tones. Ive ordered more of same and hope to make one pack last for 2 or 3 root touch ups. Great product but the customer service is the icing on the cake!”

“First time user and will say I'm loving the way the water colour dye made my hair feel - admittedly it never covered all my grey (I used 5/1 Neutral Ash Brown) but have been advised to use 5/0Natural Brown next which should cover them better (apparently ash colours are not to be left on as long, hence less grey coverage). Customer service is absolutely spot on - shame every company doesn't provide the same as life would be so much easier! I'll try what they have suggested though and go from there - I'd def recommend though.”

“The first time I used water colour it didn’t take that well. The next time I filled just under the line and I worked quickly to put it on with a brush. This have much better coverage and worked brilliantly. I feel so happy as I have allergies and can’t use normal dyes. It looks lovely and much less dry than my normal dye. My hair feels better too. There is no awful smell or itching.”

“After chemo I wanted to stop using hair colours with chemical nasties in them so I was very pleased to discover your water colours which can be used more frequently too so win, win when regrowth starts to appear. Customer service is brilliant, as is Charlotte's knowledge and advice. Just as great is not having to order a reusable plastic applicator bottle with each order which, not only saves me money, but helps save the planet too! Everyone is a winner!”

“The coverage is perfect every time and covers grey. It doesn't leave a noticeable residue on the hair either, so no need for clarifying shampoo. All in all a very successful find.”
