“I've been taking this for almost a month. I probably noticed mild improvements within a few days but after taking for a solid 2.5 weeks I noticed I could hold focus on completing tasks much better than before. Whilst it's obviously not a cure for symptoms of ADHD it's massively helped me when I was struggling with my workload and task management. I forgot to take them for a couple days and noticed I wasn't sticking to my tasks as well again. It definitely helps me and will continue to subscribe! I wish they were slightly cheaper like all things but if something works and takes pressure off you then it's worth it.”

“I have been diagnosed with ADHD and am trying to avoid the medication route and I can honestly say these supplements have been helping which feels like a relief. I’ve been taking them for a month so far and tracking my anxiety, energy levels, sleep and productivity daily and I have felt an improvement so I’m looking forward to seeing what happens over the next few months. “I heard people recommend and thought il try for a month and just see how I get on . Well it’s been life changing for me , I don’t take stimulants and this is the only thing I am taking at the moment. My mood is much better , I have a lot more mental energy and able to do more during the day . I am sleeping much better as well so overall it’s a fantastic product”
