What did you find get dopa helped with? Focus, Memory, Clarity

“I was taking for 6 weeks and thought I coudl notice a difference in my concentration and focus, also my mood and calmness. I then stopped taking it - not for any reason really and within a f ew weeks i noticed a change back to being much less focused, poor concentration and all over the place with tasks. I have since restarted and 3 weeks in feel much calmer and in a better state of mind. Therefore without meaning to i've done my own test and realised there is a positive benefit to me from dopa.”

“Really surprised after a few days I noticed more calmness. Like most people probably buying this supplement I deal with constab anxiety and stress and even my baseline stress level would be a quote on quote normal persons very high stress level. Sat in my car and it dawned on me I felt much calmer than usual and it clicked that it must be the supplement. Have continued to use and very happy so far. It definitely works.”
