“I have only been using this for one month and noticed that I have been a bit more calm and less scattered. I decided to have a break from taking it for a week or so and I can feel myself going back to feeling overwhelmed by some aspects of life and a bit anxious. I think I will continue with this product even though I can’t really afford it as I am starting a new job soon and I want to be on my best form. I will update again to see how I get on.”
