“I have been taking these alongside for a week alongside my ADHD medication, they really seem to be helping with my mid afternoon crashes across a 2 week period. I told my dr at my medication review and although she was pleased has suggested that I stop them whilst im on the medication titration process to stabilise the right medication and dose and reconvene once complete which I DEFINITELY will be doing!!”

“After taking it for a week my head felt clearer, I didn't have things going around endlessly in my head. My mood lifted as noticed by family and I feel more in control and able to do things without flitting from one thing to another. My wellbeing has improved as I'm able to get through day to day life. I would definitely recommend this product. I'm 50 and feel I finally have a supplement that works.”
