“It’s early days - just a month, plus I started meditating twice a day around the same time. However, I do find that I am more productive and that my focus is improved. The most welcome improvement is that ‘meltdowns’ are less frequent.”

“I’ve taken consistently for three months as recommended and am sitting in a messy house, unable to focus at work and generally feeling a bit low. I wasn’t expecting miracles from this supplement but was hoping for a marked improvement at least. Cannot say that’s happened I’m afraid so will cancel subscription.”
