What did you find get dopa helped with? Focus

“I have been using this supplement for a couple of months I think now and I know it is doing me good. I can't say anything dramatic is happening but it is full of great vitamins and minerals and helps me focus and concentrate and I know it's doing me good and keeping me healthy. I recently had a blood test and the only thing flagged was low iron stores so I supplement with that now too. So the vitamins and minerals are working for sure”

“I have been taking these alongside for a week alongside my ADHD medication, they really seem to be helping with my mid afternoon crashes across a 2 week period. I told my dr at my medication review and although she was pleased has suggested that I stop them whilst im on the medication titration process to stabilise the right medication and dose and reconvene once complete which I DEFINITELY will be doing!!”
