“Parts not up to par. Had to wait for replacements. Again, assembly instructions not clear, and one direction was completely lacking. (Counter sinking four screws.)”

“We purchased two underbed storage boxes. Just like the bed frame, they are solid and the construction is strong. Visually, they match the bed frame perfectly. The casters included with the boxes roll very well under weight, as well.”

“The slats for the bottoms of the under-bed boxes were totally warped because they are not finished, which is not stated in the product description. We had to cut/sand them to fit into the slots on the side rails. When I called customer service, they refused to give us any discount despite the photos and video we took of the problem. They said we voided the warranty by sanding/cutting them to fit. I will never do business with this company again. Beware.”

While it could be tempting to alter things yourself we would always discourage any customer in doing so without first contacting us.
