“I ordered a California King bed frame from you specifically because you advertised the slats as being very sturdy, and with his size mattress I thought that was important. No sagging! He received the frame on the day scheduled which I thought was great since it was shipped from the UK to San Diego, CA. He assembled it himself and had no issues. He says it looks and feels nice and sturdy, and he is very pleased with it.”

“All boxes arrived in good time and undamaged. Although I was able to assemble the bed by myself in a reasonable amount of time, it would have been helpful to have had a more detailed instructional diagram that included labeling all of the parts in the diagram just as they were labeled on the pieces to be assembled. One of the oak end pieces was warped, but still functional. One of the slats was split, but when installed split side down it was still functional and did not impact the mattress. The bed frame interior is 60" wide, the same width as my queen mattress. I would like to suggest that a bit wider would make it easier to tuck in the sheets and save my knuckles from being scraped. Overall its an exceedingly strong and attractive platform bed frame with no center support post to get in the way; therefore, I recommend it without reservations.”

“Ordered a frame Oct 22, paid extra to have early delivery for Oct 31. Still have not received frame. If you would not have been able to deliver on Oct 31- then don't advertise as such. Not sure when bed frame is arriving. It's Nov 5th......”

“Very good bed, wish I had customized it to be a few inches taller, but I still give it 10/10. It fits perfectly in my space, the workmanship is absolutely wonderful, and it went together in about 30 minutes without any trouble. Highly recommend!”

“Arrived in the US with no issues. The pieces inside the boxes were able to shift around during transit and I didn’t love that, but there was no damage and everything went together well. The oak finish I liked better on the website than in person, but those are my only two gripes. They have a solid product, it got here when they said it would, and it arrived undamaged.”
