“Recipient IS delighted with the new London bed. A couple of things to consider: The ninth [mattress support] wood slat arrived quite warped and without the two pilot holes. Naturally, we put that one - unattached - at the foot of the bed. It would be EXCELLENT if we could get a replacement. Next, the finishing washers arrived in the bag of 35mm screws. This was confusing, as those washers are to be used with the 60mm screws.”

“I liked the bed style and appreciate the craftsmanship, however some of my wood had chips and dings in it throughout the bed and my headboard pieces of wood came warped so the headboard does not sit flat. I ordered online so it is expensive and a hassle to return overseas. Lastly, I ordered the natural satin color and the bed is quite yellow which I am unhappy with.”
