“For the amount of money I spent on this frame I would have expected it would at least be labeled on how to put it together. The instructions were as far from helpful as they could get and didn’t seem to match my frame at all. But, again, none of the pieces were labeled. It took me two hours to put the frame together because of the poor workmanship. It also creaks SO LOUDLY any time the mattress is sat upon, even by one of my dogs. One is so scared of how loud it is that he won’t even go in the bedroom anymore. I don’t know how long this frame will last which, again, is disappointing for how expensive it is. I could have gotten a significantly better bed for a fraction of the price from somewhere like Amazon, when the whole purpose of purchasing from Get Laid was to support a small company and get quality material. This frame fell short, completely. I would have sent it back for a refund if I didn’t spend so long putting it together and it would be a massive pain to get to the post office. Also, why am I being charged more money for felt pads on the legs if I just have to put them on myself? They’re flimsy little stickers. Again, could have saved myself money to buy those elsewhere. Overall so disappointed and would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. Additionally, I paid extra for a set delivery date. My package did not arrive by that date. When I asked the company about this I was told that the price is for priority MANUFACTURING, not for a guaranteed delivery date. That’s very misleading. I wouldn’t have paid so much more if the true cost breakdown was presented. But that seems to be the whole point of this company: charge for everything and produce poor results.”
