“The bed arrived safely and on time via DHL Express here in Bavaria, South Germany. The assembly and delivery progress was well communicated. The packaging is well-designed and almost entirely plastic-free. The instructions clearly explain how to assemble the bed. All screw sizes are labeled. The assembly is very precise. The wood surfaces are high-quality and exactly as shown online. The wood makes a slight creaking sound when you turn over in bed, but it's not really bothersome. Everything is perfect!”

“Assembly was bad, and the frame makes a lot of noise getting on or off of it. All the reviews that I read saying assembly was easy are lying, there were no holes drilled on the main frame so i had to brute force like 40 screws. I literally have blisters.”

“Disappointed the storage bed does not attach to the bed frame. At this price, it should come with a tracker to connect to the bed frame.”

“Overall, once our bed was put together, we are pleased with the end result. It’s a great looking bed. We purchased the Japanese style. Putting the bed together was not as simple as we thought it would be. The order of how the instructions guide doesn’t make the best sense, and there were many instances where the holes did not match up with components. We rate the overall finished bed a 5 but 3 stars for the difficult task of putting it together. Be prepared for a long frustrating process.”
