I really love this program! It is very detailed and really emphasizes on all the aspects related to health and hormonal issues women experience from puberty all the way to postmenopause. The books are very well written and offer detailed explanation about all the chapters. I lalso love the workbook because not only helps me to remember the chapters I study but it helps me create different scenarios for different clients and their needs. I really recommend this course for anyone one, whether you are a coach or simply want more education about what really goes on on with our bodies and the many changes and challenges we go through as women.

The GGS Women’s Coaching Certification has been one of the most empowering and eye-opening experiences of my coaching journey. This course goes so much deeper than training programs or nutrition plans, it truly teaches you how to coach women, understanding our hormones, mindset, life phases, and the emotional side of transformation. I feel far more confident supporting women in a way that is compassionate, sustainable, and aligned with real life. It’s helped me shift from “just training” to truly coaching, holding space, and guiding women through lasting change. I would highly recommend this certification to any coach who wants to work with women on a deeper, more meaningful level.

I'm currently doing this to supplement my general PT certification course. Some info is repeated between the two but the way that GGS presents it, is much clearer, better explained and I don't feel like I'm just reading a brain numbing textbook like I do with the other course. I wish I could afford to do all of these courses. As I feel there's a lot of information in them, not just for females but in general that everyone should know.

I am loving the GGS certification course. Although I have been in health and fitness and educated as an Occupational Therapist, I have learned so much more about caring for the women in my circles! I have learned about my own health and how to apply that to coaching. The course is set up well and is easy to follow (even for the non tech savvy). I love the ability to learn at my own pace. The content is easy to understand but full of great information. I truly find this course to be one of the best I’ve experienced.

I'm a certified Personal Trainer and sports coach and took this course as CE. The GGS Women's Coaching Specialist certification course helped me learn so many things about being a woman, even though I'm a woman! Every chapter, or, actually, every day I studied, I learned something that I could immediately apply to my clients or my own training! I'm grateful this course exists and that I had the opportunity to take it. Thank you!

Love this program!! I love that it actually teaches you how to coach the entire person...I have taken courses from other institutions and they teach you the science..the macros, the workouts, but they don't teach you how to coach the person. People struggle with health issues, stress, life in general, and this course teaches you how to coach the entire person. Love that you can do it at your own pace too!! Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love the GGS Women’s Coaching Certification. From the moment I heard about it, I just knew it was something I wanted to do in the future. By profession, I’m a Project Controller, so I come from a very structured, analytical background. This certification opened a completely new world for me — one that connects strategy with empathy, science with real-life experience, and knowledge with genuine human impact. As a breast cancer survivor, my perspective on health, menopause, and women’s wellbeing has changed profoundly. I don’t just want to coach women — I want to truly understand them and support those affected by cancer, menopause, and major life transitions. This course gave me the tools, confidence, and clarity to do exactly that. More than anything, this certification helped me find my purpose in life. It aligned everything I care about: helping women feel stronger, understood, and empowered, while using evidence-based knowledge rather than trends or quick fixes. What makes GGS special is that it doesn’t just educate — it transforms how you see women’s health, your own journey, and your role in supporting others. I now feel inspired, grounded, and genuinely excited about the future path I’m building alongside my current career. I would wholeheartedly recommend this certification to any woman who feels called to help others — especially if you want your work to truly matter.
