“I am very uncontent because I got twice the wrong color socks. There is a fault in Goby online system. You offer and show a Foto if white socks. But Gony did not have white socks at all. Moreover the offer has the same color number as the beige. I ordered twice Wintermood but get Twice the wrong colour( grey/beige). I send some Mails and phoned different times without effect. Moreover I got back the money only for 2 pairs of socks although I returned 6 pairs. I have to make reclamation. I have been in UlanBato in the shop of Goby 2 years ago and be happy that you have a online shop. But the web site has to offer the right things and the proceeds are wrong, because the friendly call center in Mongolia has no influence in the warehouse in Germany where the mistakes happen.”

“Socks are fine However I was under the impression that I had ordered 2+1 in a special deal for E39+postage I received one pair instead and my efforts to resolve this were unsuccessful including an offer to buy a cardigan and the remaining two pairs of sock.Disappointed as I am a very regular customer”
