Dear Martin Thank you for the review. In general, pilling/knotting is described as a natural property of natural fibres, which is neither a strong reduction in quality nor a defect. Rather, pilling is a consequence of strong friction and an indication of natural fibres. Cashmere is a very fine and luxurious fibre. Therefore, it should be worn and cared for with care. We therefore recommend that you remove the pilling with a cashmere comb. Please follow our cashmere care instructions on our website. With kind regards
