“Too big and baggy. I picked the size based on Gobi’s recommendation after measuring my body, but I should have picked one size smaller. I contacted customer service, but didn’t get any response from them. I would like to return it, but don’t know how. It’s sad because the cardigan is so lovely and seems to be warm to wear during wintertime”
