“I used to be a frequent shopper at Gobi Cashemere. I liked the quality and the design of clothing and accessories. However the latest order was disappointing fir the following reason. The value was above the limit for tax free orders. I knew that. What no one at the company informed me about at the point of ordering was the tax on the goods would be over £60 (!!!). I therefore , with great regret, that I will have to stay away from buying Gobi Cashemere. Sincerely. E McCloskey”

We would like to inform you that since the UK is no longer in the European Union which provided free movement of goods, our shipping policy regarding UK transactions requires the customer to pay all import costs including VAT, Excise duty and clearance charges for all orders exceeding £135. 00 stg. Unfortunately, Gobi Cashmere Europa GmbH has no authority to intercede or amend any charges imposed by UK Customs (UK Borders) and that the UK Government has the ability to change the Import rules at short notice.
