“I would award 0 starts if your system would allow it. I have never received the set. I only received the jumper. Have chased and chased the customer service who took weeks to get in touch and when they finally did offered me a hat in a different colour as they ran out of the grey I ordered. Absolutely appalling! I have paid for a set and received a sweater …. Wondering who has benefitted from stealing the hat and why customers are not refunded the money when the goods are no longer available! Ever ever again will I even allow this company to put adverts into any of my social media! Scamming people in times like this is the lowest of the lowest!”
