“Bad cashmere Quality! I order at Gobi since years and this time the quality has really changed in a bad way.. I already wrote two ratings at trustpilot and the answer was both time, that next time (what will most probably not happen!) I should better read the description! Honestly? As if you notice in the description that you lower the cashmere quality!! All I said was that the quality of your cashmere product has changed. I think that kind of answer is really rude and offensive. But maybe your customer service has the instruction to reply like that. Shame..”
