“Is this a joke?! I returned order UK11969 three weeks ago and still have NOT received a refund. No replies to repeated emails; no responses to negative reviews; customer service phone does not work. I need my money BACK!!!!”

“I waited a considerable time for the dress and then was emailed to say that my money had been refunded. Your order has been refunded Total amount refunded: £106.30 GBP There was no apology, no explanation, but Gobi had the benefit of over £100 of my money to invest (probably along with other people's too) without supplying anything. The fact that there wasn't even an explanation says a lot about the Company's abysmal/non-existent customer care.”
