“You don't deserve to ask me for your opinion. Honestly, I think this product is the worst I've ever bought because of what you've shown. I have emailed you several times that my product came wrong, but you only asked me for the order number and did not take any action. Asking me for your opinion on the product tells you that you have not even figured out if there was an error in this order. I'm so disappointed Please check my order again. I bought this product when I saw the phrase that if I buy one for socks day, I would give it one more. But you sent me only one and I asked about this many times. But you didn't solve any problems. I'm a customer who buys your product often and I'm really disappointed and I don't want to buy your product again. If you don't want to lose a loyal customer like me, I hope you solve my order as soon as possible.”
