“Dear Gobi Cashmere Customer Care Team, Unfortunately, I did not receive the so whished from me Item at all! As your colleagues in Germany kindly sent to me a link to follow my DHL delivery only after it was ALREADY DELIVERED I could find out it was received "for me" from a former neighbour of mine - someone Kathrin Sievers. !!! I did not reseive ANY email from DHL when to expect my Goby Order, as they always do !!?? The same person denies to have received any parcel on my behalf even though the DHL website sais so. I as a reseiver - according to the policy of DHL am not in power to start an investigation, but your colleagues in Germany are and I truly hope they will open up a case with my wrongly delivered parcel and make the person return it back to me as the original orderer ot my actulal delivery address, which now is: Evgeniya Sidorenko Brunnenäcker, 20 89547, Gerstetten/Heldenfingen GERMANY It is OK for me to take the costs of the delivery. If it happens so that Mrs. Sievers does not return my order and goes on denying she had received it ...
