“Der Mantel ist an sich schön. Aber er ist mir etwas zu groß und ich wollte deshalb ihn umtauschen. Leider konnte ich ihn nicht umtauschen, da mein Retourenschein in der Service-Portal nicht aufrufbar war. Meine Bestellnummer existiere anscheinend nicht und ich schrieb eine E-Mail durch das Kontaktformular. Bisher habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Also die Umtauschtage sind vorbei. Die Produkte der Firma schätze ich sehr, leider die Service und die Abwicklung der Reklamation sowie Umtauschsystem ist sehr unfreundlich gegenüber die Kund*innen.”
