That was awful. The scarf is ok, but the order itself! It took more than a month to reach my sister in Copenhagen. The shipment did not go from first time, the delay was almost two weeks before I was informed that the address was incorrect (but it was correct)!!!! I submitted other order which was, by your colleges saying, to be shipped express by DHL, but it was shipped regularly and reciever had to go to pickup point. That was absolutely awful experience, and, though, you goods are great - I'm unlikely to order again.

0 is my point I bought a cashmere scarf one month ago , the order 20353. i gave the correct direction and it disn,t coem. They sent again and it didn,t come. Now they say it is in the way to their factory and as soon as they have they will try to send me again. And I already paid 83 euros. What do you think about this? I am waiting to teh sacrf and they didn,t even give the solution of the reimbursement. Totally disapointed and if this does not solve in few days i will try another legal way. Ianire
